MPs will debate a petition relating to the Approved Mileage Allowance on Monday 3rd July.
The petition, which has more than 41,000 signatures, states that the government should increase the rate of 45p per mile (for the first 10,000 miles), a rate that has been fixed since 2011, to 60p per mile.
