The Rural Payments Agency (RPA) replaced the Basic Payment Scheme (BPS) in England with delinked payments in 2024. The 2023 scheme year was the last year of BPS.
Receiving Delinked Payments:
From 2025 delinked payments to eligible customers will be made as one payment from 1 August each year, rather than splitting it into 2 instalments.
You will receive remittance advice and a payment statement each year.
Remittance advice will be posted. Customers with a valid business email address will receive an email with a link to their statement. Those customers that we need to post statements to will receive printed copies.
Please contact RPA by email or post as soon as possible if you do not want to receive delinked payments.
